Technician Licensing Class Announced

A Technician licensing class will be held over four Sundays at the Seventh Day Adventist Church on 522 Derrick Road in Bradford.

Classes will be held December 9th, 16th and January 6th and 13th.  The classes in December will start at noon and will end at 4:30.  The classes in January will start at 10:00am and will end at 3:00pm.

A testing session will be held on Sunday, January 13th at 1:30pm.

This class is for the entry level amateur radio license which permits operation on the VHF-UHF bands (giving access to popular repeater frequencies) and some operating privileges in the world wide HF bands.

The cost for the class, Technician license manual and the exam is $40.00. 

Reservations for the class should be made by November 30th so that we can order enough materials for class.
